To send us a Picture:
After you register for account. Click the photo upload link on the My account page, or 3 other times in the checkout process, it is also found on your order confirmation page. Just click the link, and in the comment box include your name, phone number, size, and any other comments you may have.
What is the turn around time? If you select 7-10 business days production, production is typically 7-10 business days plus the shipping time. Shipping time is between 1-7 business days depending on your location. Production time starts when the order is complete. A complete order consists of: an order, the payment, and a photo that conforms to our guidelines on our Photo Tips page. If you need your item faster than this estimated time frame, or need it by a specific date, you must use our rush production option and a shipping method other than ground shipping. 7-10 business days are only a estimation of our average production times. At times, production volume may be high and they’re may be delays in the production of your item(s). We are not responsible for delays to the production or your item(s) due to: mechanical failure, raw material shortage, or delays caused by shipping. We do not guarantee any production time unless the customer has purchased the rush production option. The ground shipping method is not a guaranteed shipping method offered by UPS. This means UPS may estimate shipping to take 2 days from NYC to Washington D.C. If it takes 2 weeks to get there, it is still considered a successful ground shipment. Next day air, 2 day, and 3 day select are the only domestic shipping options guaranteed by UPS. With this guarantee, only the shipping costs are refundable in the event of a delay, not the value of the time sensitive item. With this explained, please plan your order accordingly.
I need my puzzle ASAP, can you hurry?
For faster production, there is an optional $75 rush fee. Rush orders placed before noon, will ship same day. Rush orders placed after noon, EST., will be processed the following business day. If you select Rush my Order production is the time selected, Plus Shipping
What is your refund policyThere are no refunds. We are not responsible for inaccurate ordering, incorrect sizing, and misunderstanding information clearly stated on the website. In cases where it is our mistake, we compensate customer by refund, or reproduction of artwork. Please ask questions before ordering if anything is unclear. Again we are not responsible for mistakes that are out of our control.
Who do i make my checks payable to?
All checks are to be made payable to AutoGraphix.
Checks should be mailed to 81 Waller Street, Wilkes Barre, PA 18702.
Production of your order will not begin until your check has cleared and we have received artwork.
Well, can you make a Puzzle of.... from my photo?
We will make any Puzzle from YOUR photo. If you are asking about making a Puzzle of a professional athlete or star, you must provide a photo that you own. If you do not own the photo, you assume all copyright laws. You may also need to have permission to use their likeness. This permission needs to be in writing. You can't just take a picture from the internet, if you took the picture, or purchased the picture you can use that.
How do i send you my photo?
Digital photos that conform to the tips on the photo tips page, can be sent to our photo upload drop box or can be emailed to info@customjigsawpuzzles.net.
Hard copies, CDs and DVDs can be snail mailed or dropped off at: Jigsawpuzzleme.com, 81 Waller Street, Wilkes-Barre, Pa 18702.
Will i get my photo back?
Please include a self addressed stamped envelope or return shipping label if you want your photo back. Photos or discs will NOT be returned unless this is done.
My Puzzle was delivered cracked or damaged, what do i do??
If Puzzle is lost or broken, you MUST contact us within 24 hours of the confirmed delivery time. Keep all damaged product and packaging. Photo proof of damages is required for all refunds and reissues. Without this proof, we cannot file a claim, and refunds and reissues will not be granted. A UPS representative may need to see the damaged product. You will be notified if a visit is necessary. All losses or damages outside the 24 hour window are not our responsibility.
I am unsatisfied with my Puzzle, i want my money back!
We will tell you if your photo will be a problem when we get it. If we suspect any problems with its quality, we will not print it until we notify you of possible problems and either get written permission or a verbal ok to start the cutout. Remember, a verbal approval is a binding contact. We are not responsible for the quality of your photos. If it’s blurry or doesn’t look that great at 4"x6" or on a computer screen, our magic wands can not make it look better at 6' tall. Nor can we catch every person in the world that has red eye; some photos just cannot be repaired.
What payment methods do you accept?
Purchases can be made by Credit Cards, Checks, and paypal. A minimal deposit of 50% or credit card number is required before work will commence.
Why is there a charge from Wet Paint T-Shirts on my card?
All charges to credit cards will show up as Wet Paint T-Shirts Inc. and will be processed online through Pay pal or by phone. There will be a $25 service charge for any disputed charges, this is your warning.
I changed my mind, i don't want a puzzle, can i cancel my order?
If customers approves a proof, job, or order either verbally, in writing, or by email, this starts a binding contract. Orders that are canceled before work has commenced will not receive any charges and will get a full refund. All canceled orders once work has started, will be charged a fee of 15% the cost of the order. Once an order has been completed and has shipped you are stuck with it. There are no returns or refunds on any custom items.
I didn't get my Puzzle on time. What do i do?
Shipping time requested and purchased is not guaranteed by Life Size Custom Cutouts. Delays due to UPS, R&L Carriers, or any other shippers are not our responsibility. Delays also caused by weather phenomenon or other acts of a God do not make us liable. No refunds will be issued due to shipping delays. Please keep this in mind when making time sensitive orders.
What do you do with my information?
Any acquired personal information is never sold.
